Tuition is due on the 24th of the preceding month. Tuition not paid by the 27TH of the preceding month is subject to a $50 late fee.

Children may be refused care if tuition is not paid, or arrangements for payment are not made, by the 3rd. of the month.

Current Tuition Rate: $1500/mo.

Because our expenses remain constant, there is no tuition adjustments for absences, holidays, and closures. (Please see Holidays and Vacations Page.) Grant recipients are responsible for all deposits, fees, and  co-pays not covered by the grant.

A half a month's tuition deposit is required to secure a child's place in our enrollment. This deposit will be applied to the last month's tuition when a written four week notice of withdrawal has been submitted prior to child leaving the enrollment.  

The first two weeks of enrollment is considered an adjustment period. If either party finds the arrangement unsuitable, an immediate withdrawal is possible with full refund of deposit and tuition balance.

Please place tuition checks in the black mailbox labeled "tuition" attached to the side of the cabinet above the shoe shelf.

Late Pickup Fee: a $50 late fee will be charged to parents after the third late pickup. This must be paid to the person who had to remain after hours to accommodate the late pick up. Fee must be paid to that person before bringing the child back for care.

Parents participating in a grant program are responsible for all expenses not covered by the grant, including the half month tuition deposit, monthly co-pays, and paid holidays/vacations.
